Vivid Design Studio was founded by Evander Kizy, a residential designer with a background that started in construction long before it moved into architecture and design.

Years of hands-on construction experience gave Evander an understanding of how buildings actually come together in the field—not just how they look on a set of drawings. That experience continues to shape the way Vivid approaches design today, with a strong focus on creating homes that look great, function well, and make sense to build.

Evander holds dual degrees in Architectural Design and Construction Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, combining the creative and technical sides of the profession.

Technology is also a major part of the Vivid design process. Detailed 3D modeling, realistic renderings, interactive walkthroughs, and virtual reality allow clients to experience their home throughout the design process rather than trying to visualize it from a set of 2D plans. Clients can walk through spaces, understand scale and proportions, see materials and finishes, and make informed decisions before construction begins.
